Universal presses with a column frame and an upper arrangement of working cylinders. A press of this design has a four-column frame. The press consists of the following main assembly units: lower and upper fixed crossbars, which are rigidly connected by columns and nuts and form a closed frame; a movable crossbar, working and return cylinders with plungers; a sliding table with travel cylinders; ejector, which is installed on the side of the lower crossbar. The columns are not only the load-bearing elements of the press, but also serve as guides for the movable press slider.
The hydraulic press design with a 4-column movable frame has a drawback in the form of the possibility of skewing the upper crossbar due to uneven heating of the columns and the occurrence of an additional bending moment, causing the possibility of jamming of the columns and increased wear of the guide bushings.
To prevent this from happening, our presses are designed with a large-diameter hydraulic cylinder that absorbs the bending moment from the eccentric application of deforming forces during stamping.
Our organization is an experienced developer and manufacturer of a wide range of hydraulic presses.
Hydraulic 4-column presses allow access from all four sides to the working area, which can be especially important with frequent readjustments and tool changes. Depending on the model, they are supplied with a force of up to 1000 tons. Four-column presses can be used in processing lines for strip and rolled steel processing; we can equip the presses with a retractable universal table for automated loading/unloading and fastening of any specialized equipment according to the customer's needs.
We are ready and have sufficient experience in implementing both standard and unique projects for stamping and drawing sheet metal on hydraulic presses.
