The RTPI heating plate is a rectangular or square steel plate up to 95 mm thick. It is made of a solid steel plate, ground and milled on all sides, consists of a base, a cover, inductors (coils), a terminal block, a casing.

The inductors are made in the form of frameless coils made of heat-resistant wire, installed in the grooves of the base and insulated from the body of the plate with electrical insulating material.

The temperature of the plates is regulated automatically. Setting and control of the temperature and vulcanization time is carried out according to the digital indicators of the control cabinet, controlled and switched off by a timer.

The dimensions and fastening of the plates can be made any at the customer's request.
