Description

Control panel for electromechanical guillotine shearsElectromechanical guillotine shears manufactured by our plant are an example of shear production that preserves the best solutions of the domestic engineering school and modern solutions in terms of shear control. Electromechanical shears are distinguished by high cutting accuracy, which is ensured by increased rigidity and strength of the frame using bolted connections and a table with milled grooves and roller supports to facilitate the movement of the sheet. The frame of the shears is made and welded from certified domestic steel. The main feature of shears with an electromechanical drive using a cam clutch (work with special keys), work at low temperatures under a canopy, low operating costs, cutting accuracy. The optimal choice for work in production shops of construction organizations, assembly sites.

• Maximum cutting length: from 1250 mm to 3150 mm;
• Thickness of the cut material: up to 22 mm;
• Maximum thickness of stainless steel: up to 16 mm;
• Knife beam inclination angle: 1.2 - 2.5 degrees;
• Standard rear stop stroke (increased): 450 mm to 1000 mm;
• Rear stop speed: 300 - 500 mm/s (optional when ordering an electric stop);
• Rear stop accuracy: +/- 0.05 mm;
