Universal console milling machines

The presence of horizontal and vertical spindles, as well as a large number of devices, allows you to perform milling, drilling, boring, end trimming, scoring, milling helical grooves and many other jobs on the machine.

The main units are made of cast iron grade SCh25, have an optimal shape and high rigidity, which ensures the rigidity of the structure, high wear resistance of the guide linings.

The vertical spindle head rotates in both directions by 45˚, which allows you to expand functionality of the equipment.

The machines are easy to operate and unpretentious in operation.

The maximum load on the table of the milling machines of the FU model is up to 2000 kg, which allows processing large-sized parts.

The presence of a table clamping mechanism with a passing feed in the longitudinal coordinate provides the necessary rigidity and eliminates vibration.

The servomotors installed on all 3 axes (X, Y, Z) allow achieving high accuracy of movements, installing DRO and CNC systems on the machines.

The machines are equipped with an automatic lubrication and coolant supply system.
