Description

Hydraulic guillotine shears drive Hydraulic guillotine shears are designed for straight longitudinal and transverse cutting of sheets of steel and non-ferrous metals.

Hydraulic guillotine shears consist of the following units:

• durable welded monoblock frame structure that can withstand heavy loads;
• work table with ball guides;
• hydraulic pressure cylinders that press the sheet of metal being processed along the entire length of the cut;
• movement of the back stop using an electric drive, with subsequent precise finishing along the limb;
• The upper and lower knives of the hydraulic sheet guillotine shears are made of high-strength, hardened steel, have two cutting edges, and after turning 180 allow cutting with knives without resharpening.

The frame is made of assembled and welded parts.

Hydraulically driven guillotine shear pressure beam To facilitate feeding the sheet into the cutting area, extensions and ball bearings are fixed on the table.

For cutting workpieces at an angle, one of the extensions has an angle stop.
