Description

Sheet bending rollsThree-roll sheet bending rolls model IB - is a traditional and also the latest design of a three-roll machine with a bend. The design of the machine with an electric drive was created to meet the requirements of customers for the manufacture of medium-weight metal structures. Three-roll rolling mills of this design are characterized by durability, efficiency and versatility. The experience of the Machine-Building Enterprise and the competence of technical services in creating these machines extends to the entire series of rolling machines IB2212, IB2213, IB2216, IB2220, IB2222, IB2223, IB2224.

The series of three-roll rolling mills of the IB model is the most accurate among the class of machines with three rolls. The rolls are moved by screws from powerful gearboxes of domestic production and therefore are located closer to each other in order to guarantee high quality of rolling. The frame design is vertical racks made of sheet material welded by electric welding with horizontally located beams of large cross-section. This is a guarantee of structural rigidity and, consequently, accuracy and reliability.

A unique feature of the three-roll rolling mills of the IB model is the use of roll support technology. The essence is that each of the rolls is supported by 4 independent heavy-duty bearings. This technology guarantees a higher capacity for absorbing undistributed loads (e.g. when rolling cones), and thus the highest reliability. The roll journals are extended and have a large diameter to accommodate profile bending rings or pipe bending rings. Thus, maximum versatility is offered already in the basic version of each machine.
