Equipment for pipe bending - is the most popular and multifunctional equipment for solving production problems arising in the manufacture of various products, metal structures, heat exchangers, etc.
The Machine-Building Enterprise has mastered the production of mandrel pipe bending machines. In the manufacture of pipe benders with a mandrel, components, metals, castings exclusively of our production are used.
The frame of the pipe bending machine is cast from high-quality cast iron grade SCH-20 with wide walls and reinforced stiffeners, providing high rigidity of the machine structure and the efficiency of the pipe bending machine in mandrel bending of pipes in both large and small batches. The standard tool consists of a 3/4 bending roller, 2 clamping jaws, a mandrel. The configuration of the additional tool is calculated for each client individually. The mandrel is used to prevent the formation of ovalities and corrugations. The electronic control unit increases the number of programs (100 programs for 16 bends) with reference to the product drawing number. The presence of a bending rod with adjustable stops in the machine allows for sequential bends without preliminary marking of pipes along the length.

Pipe bending machines are manufactured in two types: mechanical (M), semi-automatic (P), and automatic (A) machines are planned for release in the future. The difference between semi-automatic pipe benders is that manual labor is minimized, the bending process is controlled by an operator who simply sets the desired program, and then the machine performs all actions independently. Electromechanical pipe benders have high performance characteristics, are less complex in design and more reliable in operation compared to hydraulic pipe benders. A pipe bending machine is used when working with materials such as metal, metal-plastic, aluminum, copper, and many other materials. The correct choice of equipment for a pipe bending machine depends on the following parameters.
- pipe diameter, GOST, TU.
- internal bending radius. avg.
- wall thickness.
- quantity or required reproducibility of bending (in this case, it is advisable to use semi-automatic pipe benders with a progressive touch control panel).
