Description

Shear frame with pneumatic drive and hydraulic clampPneumatic shears with hydraulic sheet clamp of the HA series are the most powerful guillotine shears. They belong to the first category of forging and pressing equipment, are used for cutting thick blanks and have a long service life and service life.

The plant recommends the NA model shears primarily for procurement production at heavy and nuclear industry enterprises, for use in workshops and sections for the manufacture of products from thick sheets. NA shears are ideal for working with stainless steel.

The NA pneumatic shears have a rigid and durable two-column frame with cross beams. Like other machines in this series, they are designed for cutting sheet metal up to 3150 mm wide.

For reliable pressing of the sheet along the cutting line, the guillotine design uses a hydraulic clamping mechanism, the hydraulic cylinders of which are located along the working area. With their rods, the hydraulic cylinders press the workpiece to the surface of the working table. Stable fixation of the workpiece during the cutting operation, as well as adjustment of the gap between the cutting edge of the knives, ensures the required quality and correct geometry of the strips being cut.

To facilitate operations when cutting sheets of different thicknesses, the knife beam moves with an inclination of 2°10'. Pneumatic balancers help to facilitate the return to the upper position.

The shears can operate both in continuous mode and in single-stroke mode. The mechanism is activated by supplying compressed air to the cavity of the UV clutch-brake. The clutch connects the drive gearbox to the eccentric shaft, which sets the knife beam in motion through connecting rods. It also stops the guillotine after one or a specified number of working cycles.

The HA model guillotine shears are equipped with an adjustable rear stop, which facilitates adjustment to a specified width of the cut strip and helps to organize high-performance work in the conditions of manufacturing a large batch of products.

The shears are equipped with protective covers and gratings, ensuring compliance with safety precautions during preparation work.
