Examples of work performed:
Service engineers will ensure qualified performance of the following works:
- commissioning of universal metal-cutting and forging and pressing equipment (start-up and adjustment);
- carrying out routine maintenance and servicing of the equipment in operation;
- restoration and repair of faulty equipment, dismantling of equipment by our specialists;
- repair of unique equipment (presses, hammers, various KPO).
Examples of the carried out works:
To estimate the volume of work, you need to send a request with the following information:
- Specific equipment model;
- Equipment location;
- Equipment condition;
- Required deadlines execution of works;
- Name, position, contacts of the customer representative;
- Details of the customer company.
After receiving the necessary information, the plant specialists together with the customer will begin to develop the technical specifications for the repair.
The repair period depends on the complexity of the technical building, but necessarily includes dismantling of the equipment, further repair in our factory conditions, subsequent installation at the customer's premises after checking the foundations, commissioning and training of the customer's employees.

Commissioning works at the customer's enterprise
Our company's specialists carry out the startup and preparation for operation of all supplied equipment. Commissioning works include a detailed check of all machine parameters. Technical acceptance of equipment can be carried out by manufacturing a standard test part of the customer.
Installation work at the customer's enterprise
Our enterprise, having a highly qualified service department, carries out installation work.

Training and briefing of the customer's personnel
The company's specialists conduct training of the customer's service personnel on the operation of the equipment and its maintenance.
Warranty service
Our company provides a warranty for all supplied equipment. The service department is always ready to quickly begin troubleshooting possible malfunctions after the customer's request. Equipment repair is performed using original spare parts and components.
Post-warranty maintenance
The service department provides diagnostics, technical and preventive maintenance, repair of operating equipment, extending its service life.
